I can’t say enough about how Samantha Bradley saved the day for us. We were in a tight spot after a local hotel let us down just two weeks before an important dinner we had planned for about 40 executives. This dinner was crucial, as we were not only trying to close a significant deal but also recognizing one of our key executives.

I reached out to Samantha, explained the situation, our budget, and emphasized how critical it was for everything to be flawless. She immediately took charge and planned an incredible dinner at a local restaurant that offered a stunning view and an authentic Belizean vibe. Samantha was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and understood our vision for the event. It was all planned and executed to perfection. If there were any issues, she dealt with them gracefully and never once let on to any difficulties. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any events. We have used planners from Guatemala and Mexico and they have not measured up to her. The only regret is not finding her sooner – the best planner in Belize!

Sam coordinated my wedding and it went flawless, so when I wanted to do an intimate Birthday Dinner, I knew I had to rebook her. My birthday was small and intimate celebrated with my daughters and very close friends. Samantha, the party planner and one of my very close friend, decided to pull off both a birthday breakfast and a sunset dinner cruise on the same day! I was concerned about having two events in one day but she assured me with ‘stop worrying and just show up.’ So that’s what I did! And true to her word, they were both magical.

As we entered each venue, the words that echoed were Stunning! Classy! Elegant! Fabulous! Wow! My concerns turned to ease knowing that those two birthday events, held in one day, morning and evening, were in the hands of not only a dear friend but the best party planner who is meticulous and takes pride in her work. My breakfast was absolutely charming, with a gorgeous mimosa bar adorned with personalized stemless champagne glasses, absolutely cute honey jars with wood honey dippers for waffles, personalized place settings for my guests with the prettiest cookie marking exactly how I felt, 50 and fabulous! The floral arrangements on the table coordinated in color with everything. Every little detail made for a stunning setting.

My amazing and wonderful friend, the party planner, the one and only Samantha Bradley, also planned my sunset dinner cruise. From the exquisite setting, the tableware, the floral arrangements, the food, the cake and all other details, the evening was well planned, coordinated, and executed. By the time we departed the boat, clean up was accomplished. No worries and no stress. From beginning to end, Samantha was there making sure everything went smoothly and without a hitch. Samantha, The Party Planner, was contracted to take care of the details for my daughter’s baby shower. Her professionalism and attention to detail goes above and beyond mention. I gave her the basic idea of what I wanted and her creativity and talent took over the rest. She took care of the venue, menu and her sangria is to die for. I broke down in tears of joy when I walked in and saw how perfect everything was. To say I would highly recommend her, is an understatement. From 1 to 10 she is an absolute 15.

I approached The Party Planner because I needed her expertise in planning our end of year corporate Christmas events. I am normally overwhelmed in the last quarter of the year and The Party Planner was just what I needed to avoid the hustle and bustle to celebrate this festive season with our team and invited guests. I chose The Party Planner because of her unique and modern style in planning events that helped me greatly. The Party Planner provided a proposal and later meetings were set to finalize our corporate Christmas Parties. This included and was not limited to providing an appropriate venue catered to the amount of guests, food, decorations, music, photographer etc. which were exceptional services that surpassed our expectations. One thing I liked was their ability to work within our proposed budget. Her service was excellent. We just had to provide payments and show up to the events and be stunned by the spectacular room and basically sit back, eat, dance and enjoy a wonderful night. I found the experience to be smooth sailing. They worked within time frames, during the events and even cleaned up after the events. This is something that I look forward to since I have a busy schedule. Everything was on point, service, food, music and well decorated venue. I would recommend their services to people who need an event planned from start to finish catered to their needs. I assure you that The Party Planner and her team will not disappoint.

Samantha was absolutely incredible! She made my dream wedding come true her attention to detail is amazing. She planned our Destination wedding in Caye Caulker Belize and it was everything we wanted and more. She stayed in constant contact with me through email and was very fast with responding. Everyone says that planning a wedding is stressful, but she made this a fun and memorable experience for us without the stress. I told her what I imagined and she made it happen. She picked my family and I up at the airport and had tables decorated at a local restaurant for lunch. She went over and beyond with her hospitality.
